I bought this monitor when visiting my parents in England because my US monitor wouldn't adapt to the different power supply. The monitor I use in the US is top-of-the-line and doesn't hold a candle to this fantastic BT monitor. The range and clarity is amazing. Our baby was sleeping on the third floor of the house and the monitor could easily reach the end of the garden and anywhere downstairs without a hint of interference. I deliberated for ages on buying a monitor for my 3 month old, as i've such a small flat. Though this monitor has been worth its weight in gold for the amount of anxiety it has reduced in me. No longer do I have to keep checking on him or straining my ears to hear if he's okay. It picks up the tiniest of sounds and the light guage is excellent as I can see the sound levels whilst i'm in the shower or watching tv. I think he's slightly bemused about the talk back facility.. probably wondering how his mum turned into a wee green box.. but overall a brilliant purchase. I just received this monitor today and I am really impressed, I used to have a basic Tomy monitor but this just blows it away. The sound quality is unbelievable but not too sensitive! My husband seems to like all the extras as well, we even had our MP3 jacked up to it. BT Digital Baby Monitor 150
This is the first monitor I have bought and it is fantastic. I looked at the reviews for other makes and so far none of the problems highlighted with them have happened with this monitor. The sound quality is fantastic, the battery lasts for ages & the MP3 attachment is really useful. The torch is a great idea: I can get up for night time feeds without waking my husband up! This is our second monitor. I wish I have discovered it earlier. Our first one was a Tomy Digital. The Tomy Digital was very good when we first bought it but after a while started getting a lot of interference. I had enough and decided to look for another one and found this. Excellent monitor. Like the remote features and ability to change sensitivity etc from remote. It is very quiet with no interference and pick up all relevant sound. Best feature is the intercom. I can now talk to my son over the monitor to tell him to go back to bed if he wakes up at night and he does!!! Definitely recommend it. |
